Iberia Sales Manager (EPM & BI solutions)

Swap Support is a technology company based in the Netherlands, which offers support and solutions in the field of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI). In application of its development strategy, it is looking for a person to lead the Sales & Marketing position in Spain, in order to drive the growth of its operations in this market.


What will your role be?

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of Swap Support's commercial strategy for Spain, in the short and medium term.
  • Driving the growth of the business in Spain, both through the acquisition of new accounts, and by the follow-up of current clients, working closely with the team of consultants in Spain, and with the commercial team in the Netherlands, to ensure the best solution to the needs of customers and potential customers.
  • Plan, execute, and report on commercial and marketing activities to achieve defined objectives.


You will be our Swapper if...

  • You have extensive knowledge in financial consolidation solutions and environments - EPM - Business Intelligence (SAP, Oracle, Onestream, ...) Developed in consultant, pre-sales or business development positions.
  • If you have business development experience in the field of EPM solutions: target market identification - lead generation - presentation of solutions - closing of sales)
  • If you are fluent at the highest level of dialogue, with those responsible for the financial and IT area of large companies.
  • If you are an expert at understanding the concerns and needs of customers and presenting the most appropriate solution approach to achieve the "yes, I do".
  • If you feel good working in a team, contributing and receiving contributions from other people on the team with openness.
  • If you are a proactive, energetic, responsible, and committed person to work towards the fulfillment of the strategy and objectives.
  • If you enjoy contact with customers: travelling, meeting, learning, teaching... and sign projects!

Job requirements

Other requirements:


  • Fluent oral and written English - C1 and native Spanish (knowledge of other languages will be an asset)
  • Higher technical or financial education
  • Availability to travel (mainly within Spain)
