You already have some experience in sales, account management or EPM or BI systems. Now you are looking for the next step. With your knowledge and skills, you are the driven professional who always knows how to reach the right people. You like to find the connection between system, customer and consultant. In addition, you get energy from maintaining long-term relationships with various parties.
You want to pull the strings when it comes to your client portfolio and activities. You can! Swap Support is the specialist in the Netherlands in the field of support & development of EPM and BI systems. Key Responsibilities
Sales acquisition by highlighting substantive marketing events to potential customers and using them to enthuse them about our services.
Engage with potential clients to deeply understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that meet and exceed sales targets
Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a solid understanding of our products to effectively assist clients.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Hubspot or alike, knowlegde of sales navigator/ai
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Affinity with IT & Finance
Fluency in Dutch, English and possibly Spanish
Proactive attitude with organizational talent.
